Lois Ocha is a real piece of work, I finally got to him after talking with complete jerks for hours and countless numbers of phone calls. He did everything possible to make it so I would end up defaulting. He finally understood me after I refused to give up held strong ground. I work in sales and got him to basically say that Cash Call would rather want me to default. Loan modifications for a lower payment are very few and far between. He really made me jump through hoops to get it, he said thatI had fifteen minutes to fax it back to him otherwise he would not help me. I do have to say he finally did it as I was on my last string ready to drive down to Costa Mesa from Los Angeles to kick his ass. His name now goes down in the cash call employee Hall of Shame. I just hope that he decides to actually do something good with his life. As opposed to helping Cash Call Destroy the lives good hard working people they prey on. He brought my loan down from $250.00 per month to $150.00 with an 85% intrest rate. I know I'll never pay this loan off Thank you Louis Ochoa
